Characteristics of Acid Proof brick
Acid Proof brick is corrosion-resistant materials made of quartz, feldspar, and clay as the main raw materials and are oxidized and decomposed at a high temperature of 1350 degrees. They have high acid resistance, low water absorption, and are not easy to oxidize at room temperature and are not easily polluted by media. Except for hydrofluoric acid and hot phosphoric acid, it has excellent corrosion resistance to wet chlorine, salt water, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and other acids, hydrogen peroxide, sodium thiosulfate and alkalis of any concentration at room temperature.
Use of Acid Proof brick
Acid Proof brick is widely used in the lining of towers, pools, tanks, and tanks in petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, brewing, dairy products, papermaking, smelting, chemical fiber and electric ferry rooms, laboratories, and power generation, gas and other industries. And it can exert its anti-corrosion ability in working places such as underground sewage channels and open ground.
