Casting method of Fused cast zirconia mullite blocks :
Fused cast zirconia mullite blocks is made by completely melting the raw materials and casting it in a casting mold, which is cooled and solidified. The shrinkage caused by the volume shrinkage of this product during condensation is a matter of special attention when using it. The casting methods of Fused cast zirconia mullite blocks are ordinary casting (PT), inclined casting (QX), non-shrinkage casting (WS) and quasi-shrinkless casting (ZWS)
